The Secretary-General
Hanna Ballard is the Secretary-General for the fifteenth annual MUMUNC. She is a sophomore, triple majoring in Political Science, Sustainability, and Spanish, and she is from Mason, Ohio. While her first experience participating in MUN was at Miami, she has grown into her position as Secretary-General of MUMUNC with the aid and leadership of her fellow delegates at MUMUN’s weekly meetings.
On campus, Hanna is a member of various other organizations, including Striders Running Club and the Environmental Professionals Association. She also serves as the Director of Event Planning for her sorority, Alpha Omicron Pi.
Hanna is so excited to plan and host MUMUNC XV and will make sure it is a great experience for all involved!
The Deputy Secretary-General
Lucia Morello is the Undersecretary of Logistics as well as the Deputy Secretary-General of MUMUNC. They are a junior, double majoring in zoology and individualized studies, which they are using to pursue their interest in creative writing. They also have a Spanish minor.
They are from Sheffield Lake, Ohio, and have participated in model UN since high school, where they founded and advised their school’s program.
Outside of MUN, Lucia has a radio show called Litany In Which Certain Things Are Spoken Aloud and takes care of two sugar gliders. They are really looking forward to this conference and making it the best it can be.
