The Secretary-General

Jacob is the Secretary-General of the Model United Nations Conference. 

Jacob is a graduate student earning both a bachelors and masters of accountancy with a minor in social entrepreneurship at the same time. He has always been passionate about social and political issues and is pursuing law school in the future. As Secretary General, my job is to ensure our conference runs smoothly and effectively.

On campus, Jacob is a member of the Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity and treasurer for Hillel at Miami. 

Jacob is excited to unveil the work we have done over the course of the semester and to have a fun and meaningful conference!

Cassie Cannon is the Deputy Secretary-General for the seventeenth annual MUMUNC! She is a sophomore Public Administration and Geography and Sustainable Development student at Miami! Currently the Undersecretary of Logistics for MUMUN, she is so excited to help organize this conference and watch the debates roll!

On campus, Cassie is a member of various other organizations, including the Government Relations Network, Students for Sustainable Development, and Outdoor Adventure Club!

Cassie is excited to assist the planning and hosting of MUMUNC XVI and hopes to make it a fun, educational, and engaging experience for everyone involved!
